The distribution of the house is as follows: when accessing we find a first space of distribution with a built-in wardrobe and the first bedroom. When passing this area we find a large living room, the width of which is occupied by a generous balcony along the facade. In the living room we find also a small distributor with fitted wardrobe and shoe rack, after we findthe first of the complete bathrooms.


The living room is separated from the kitchen by a translucent glass wall. The colonial style kitchen has a dining space and a large piece of furniture for television and kitchenware. The kitchen bench and the central island has been made in green granite . The white lacquered kitchen furniture gives a feeling of space. The large gallery is fully glazed both on the façade and  its separate from the kitchen.


The master bedroom has a small hall with a door. From this hall we access the bathroom en suite, with copper taps and classic style, with a generous shower that even has a bench to sit.


The master bedroom also has a dressing room of about 5m2 with sliding access door.


The other bedroom is currently a studio with a large built-in library furniture and built-in wardrobe. In addition the libraries have slidding parts that hide behind a large bed. The current furniture of the studio can be kept or this disposition can be change to have a wider bedroom.

It is right in front of the medical centre and behind Boulevar Gran Via Fernando el Católico, one of the main streets of Valencia with connection to metro and bus.
